Join Lisa Kaye now on the 2nd Saturday mornings of the month for a participatory community chanting and meditation circle resonating with Jewish renewal tradition at the Center for Spiritual Living.
September 12 will focus on S'lichot / 'forgiveness', the process of teshuva, returning. As Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach says "Return again to the home of your Soul. Return to what you are. Return to who you are. Return to where you are. Born and reborn again." We each have an oppotunity every year at the High Holy Days to shift our lives, shift our path, shift our perspective and turn away from that which doesn't serve our highest self and towards that which does. Come join us as we till the soil preparing the way for the High Holy Days!
Come share this 'meta-Jewish' experience with us! Come enter the space with your hearts and souls open -- open to hearing and feeling spirit in a new way; partly Jewish, partly metaphysical, but wholly spiritual.
There is no charge for the gatherings but donations are appreciated if you would like to support more programs like this. Families with children who are interested in a meditative environment are welcome to attend.
