What do I need to send you and when do you need it?
- Deadline for events is the 20th of the month BEFORE the event is happening. You may send event info in a month or two early.
- Send the below info to "calendar(at)spiritpathnow.com".
(We suggest you mask your email address as we did above to avoid spam.)- Put the word "Event" in the subject line and list the below info.
- RECURRING EVENTS: please list all the exact dates for the next 4 or 6 wks, i.e. 1/3, 10, 17, 31, 2/7, 28... since that is how they are entered and listed in the calendar (not just 'Every Monday', or '1st and 3rd Wednesdays'). *
- COPY AND PASTE THIS BELOW INFO INTO THE BODY OF AN EMAIL to "calendar (at) spiritpathnow.com.

- * We copy and paste all of the info directly into the calendar format, including the dates you give us so that we do not inadvertantly happen to list a date that is 'dark' for your program or just make a silly typo with the numbers.
- Especially check that the days and dates match up, i.e. "Thursday, October 3, 2011".... but 10/3 is a Monday Which is it? The reader who doesn't know won't attend! This is the most common error in listings and we do not double check every date submitted. Please proof-read your listing to be sure your days and dates match.
- NO ATTACHMENTS. Please do NOT send attachments. We do NOT open attachments, flyers, jpgs or pdfs. Include all information in the body of an email.
- FUTURE EVENTS. You can always send your events happening one or two months ahead in early to get extra publicity at the end of our latest 'month-at-a-glance' page.
What if I don't have all the full details by the 20th of the month deadline?
- If you have at least the Date and Title for the event and a Contact Phone, Email or Website for more info, SEND IT ON IN! That will get your event in the Quick Peek sidebar and in our search engine optimization as well as some of our extra promotions for the www.SpiritPathNow.com/Eugene event calendar.
- We usually do one mid-month update for events submitted after the deadline but these late submissions do not get all the extra visibility as the events received by the 20th.
We recommend that folks who are submitting events to us should subscribe to receive our weekly updates so that you can check that we're listing your event correctly.

Will it cost me anything?
- NO. Basic event listings are ALWAYS FREE.
- We do ask that in exchange for the free publicity we give you,
you give us some free publicity in return.- Many of our listing organizations include this short blurb in their email promotions or provide a simple link exchange on their websites...

Our logic behind SpiritPathNow/Eugene: When were organizing weekly events in Eugene we were tired of our weekend events only getting one or two days advance publicity on local event calendars. Friday events especially got short changed. So, this is how we structured our online calendar to work for you...
- Your event will be listed on our "Month-At-A-Glance" webpage which includes the current month and 'teasers' for the upcoming months.
- We usually do one mid-month update for events that come in after the 20th but these late submissions do not get all the extra visibility as the events received by the 20th.
- Events received by the 20th will get specific search engine optimization on our website. We consistently have high rankings for your events through search engines such as Google and Bing. Sometimes our events listings for your events are ranked even higher than your own website when people search for them!
But those are not the most dynamic and powerful ways www.SpiritPathNow.com/Eugene is helping your event get seen by your target audience...
- In addition to our website being viewed by over 1,000 people a month, we also have your event info delivered directly via email broadcast and RSS feed to the people who are the most interested in the type of events you are offering.
- Each week the upcoming events for the next 17 days (from Friday through the Sunday two weeks out) are 'featured' on our main webpage. These roughly two weeks worth of events are also sent directly out to our several hundred subscribers via email or RSS feed.
- And because we 'feature' 17 days worth of events each week, your event will be sent out to subscribers and 'featured' on our main webpage not just once, but twice, and actually three times for weekend events in addition to being listed on the Month-At-A-Glance webpage.
