Not sure you can touch your toes? Get up from the floor? Think size matters? Hesitant to ask questions? Wonder how to do yoga with stiffness or limitations? And what are pranayams and mudras anyway?
Come to a Kundalini yoga class for women that moves at a slower place. Carpeted Floor, no Mirrors . All terms explained, modifications given, each action demonstrated. We will do traditional yoga warm ups, a yoga “kriya/set”, a delicious relaxation to music, and a great short meditation. Questions welcomed.
Experience increased flexibiliy in all areas of your life. Leave refreshed and ready for the rest of the day. And you just might end up touching your toes, even if it means bending your knees.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with regular yoga practice. All women are welcome to attend. You may attend the series, or drop in to individual classes
