This class will give people an introduction to Partner Yoga. Students will be amazed by the depths of their physical and emotional release not only with themselves but their partners. It is incredible for releasing relationship stress and diving into unforeseen depths of their relationship. There is no definition to who or what you are in relationship to the other. All are welcome. It may not be essential to bring a partner to class, but it is recommended. The effects of what one can do by themselves through Yoga is multiplied exponentially with a partner, especially with others in a class.

The class will focus primarily on Kundalini Yoga teachings by Yogi Bhajan. We will have live music with Jaya Lakshmi and myself. Classes will be given in a very sacred and devotional space with the intent on opening the heart to one's infinite creative possibilities and spirit. They will range from mild to strenuous physical activity and work on balancing and activating the Chakras. Live music, Mantras, Mudras, drumming, gongs, singing bowls, Didjereedoos and many other focusing tools will be used in the class.

The August Interfaith Prayer Service, "Living Our Faith ~ Making It Real" focuses on how we live our faith everyday, not just on sabbaths or holy days. How do we 'walk the talk' in between our prayers.
This month will feature a special treat with Charleynne Gates playing the Bach Prelude on the massive and beautiful First Christian Church pipe organ which takes up almost a full corner of the sanctuary! The service will include presentations, songs, chanting and meditation offereings bythe following faith communities: Eugene Brahama Kumaris, Eugene Sikh Dharma, Trinity Unity Methodist Church, the Baha'i faith, the Muslim community, Native American Apsaalooke Nation, the new Cascade Center for Spiritual Living, the Roman Catholic faith, Temple Beth Israel and others. The postlude music will be Spiritsongs music on Native American Flute and Clarinet by Theresa Schumacher of Kindred Spirits Retreat Center.
Free childcare will be provided. There is free parking in the lot across the street. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the service.
