After you have cleared a limiting belief, pattern or heavy emotion you can then put a positive choice or affirmation into your subconscious using EFT. This event is open to anyone who knows the basic EFT tapping points. This series of workshops are perfect for you if you ever sit down to do EFT and get about 5 to 20 minutes into it and get stuck, confused or frustrated.
Each workshop is on a different topic so it will be of benefit to you to go to all of them but they also are designed to be useful as stand alone workshops for those who only want to come once or a few times. These workshops will be very interactive and fun so please bring a willingness to engage and participate deeply as you will get out of the class what you put into it.
