We have nine inter-connected subtle energy systems that contribute to our health and vitality. In this workshop we will cover the main systems including the meridians, chakras and the aura while learning how to keep them in balance. Eden Energy Medicine is a system that assesses where the energy systems need attention and corrects the imbalances so we can heal.
In this workshop we will learn a simple Daily Energy Routine that is helpful to everyone. The *Daily Energy Routine will:
