This workshop is designed to teach you techniques to improve your vitality, reduce stress and strengthen your immune system. We have nine inter-connected subtle energy systems that contribute to our health and vitality. In this workshop we will cover the main systems including the meridians, chakras and the aura while learning how to keep them in balance. Eden Energy Medicine is a system that assesses where the energy systems need attention and corrects the imbalances so we can heal.
In this workshop we will learn a simple Daily Energy Routine that is helpful to everyone. The *Daily Energy Routine will:
--Support your overall health and vitality.
--Reduce your experience of stress.
--Strengthen your immune system.
Cindy has been studying and working with energy balancing since 1998. She is currently studying with Donna Eden in the Energy Medicine

The heart of the service is the singing and the music which unite all people in common prayer.
